Search for narrow resonances using the dijet mass spectrum in pp collisions at √s=8 TeV

S. Chatrchyan, +2198 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the mass limits for the Randall-Sundrum graviton model in the dijet channel were established at the 95% confidence level on the production cross-section of hypothetical new particles decaying to quark-quark, quarkgluon, or gluon-gluon final states.
Journal ArticleDOI

Formation of crystalline silicon carbon nitride films by microwave plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition

TL;DR: In this paper, carbon nitride thin films can be formed by microwave plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) using gas mixtures containing CH4, H2 and NH3 in various ratios.
Journal ArticleDOI

Correlating defect density with carrier mobility in large-scaled graphene films: Raman spectral signatures for the estimation of defect density.

TL;DR: Both the connections of carrier mobility and the shift of neutrality points to a negative direction in relation to the defect density in graphene are observed for the first time in CVD-grown graphene films.
Journal ArticleDOI

Searches for a heavy scalar boson H decaying to a pair of 125 GeV Higgs bosons hh or for a heavy pseudoscalar boson A decaying to Zh, in the final states with h→ττ

Vardan Khachatryan, +2314 more
- 10 Apr 2016 -
TL;DR: In this article, a search for a heavy scalar boson H decaying into a pair of lighter standard-model-like 125 GeV Higgs bosons h and an h boson decaying into an H boson was performed on a dataset corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 19.7 inverse femtobarns of pp collision data at a centre-of-mass energy of 8 TeV.
