Journal ArticleDOI

Universal mechanical exfoliation of large-area 2D crystals

TL;DR: A one-step, contamination-free, Au-assisted mechanical exfoliation method for 2D materials, and isolate 40 types of single-crystalline monolayers, including elemental 2D crystals, metal-dichalcogenides, magnets and superconductors with millimetre size is developed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Atomically sharp interface enabled ultrahigh-speed, nonvolatile memory devices.

TL;DR: In this article, a floating-gate nonvolatile memory with atomically sharp interfaces between different functional elements has been demonstrated, achieving a high extinction ratio up to 10^10.
Journal ArticleDOI

Quasi-2D Transport and Weak Antilocalization Effect in Few-layered VSe2

TL;DR: The observation of quasi-2D transport and WAL effect in sublimed-salt-assisted low-temperature chemical vapor deposition (CVD) grown few-layered high-quality VSe2 nanosheets pave the way for future spintronic and valleytronic applications.
Journal ArticleDOI

Observation of the Kondo Effect in Multilayer Single-Crystalline VTe2 Nanoplates

TL;DR: The transport studies reveal that no sign of intrinsic long-range ferromagnetism but localized magnetic moments exist in the individual multilayer metallic VTe2 nanoplates, which give rise to the Kondo effect.
