Correlation between morphology and local thermal properties of iron (II) phthalocyanine thin layers

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of substrate temperature and post-deposition annealing temperature on the surface morphology, topography and local thermal properties of iron(II) phthalocyanine (FePc) 500 nm thick films was investigated by a combination of scanning probe microscopy (atomic force microscopy, scanning thermal microscopy) and scanning electron microscopy with structural (x-ray diffraction) and chemical (energy-dispersive x-ray spectroscopy) analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI

Electronic properties of the space charge layer of in situ prepared copper phthalocyanine thin films exposed to oxygen

TL;DR: In this paper, the electronic properties of the space charge layer of copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) prepared under ultrahigh vacuum (UHV) conditions were in situ studied by photoemission yield spectroscopy (PYS).
Journal ArticleDOI

Charge transfer quantification in a SnOx/CuPc semiconductor heterostructure: investigation of buried interface energy structure by photoelectron spectroscopies

TL;DR: A tin oxide/copper phthalocyanine layer stack was investigated with two complementary photoemission methods and the results obtained exhibit significance ranging from investigation, basic understanding and application of such hybrid films.
Journal ArticleDOI

Electrochemical and photoelectronic studies on C60-pyrrolidine- functionalised poly(terthiophene)

TL;DR: In this paper, a donor-acceptor poly(terthiophene) derivative bearing a C60 pendant was electropolymerizated from N-methyl-2-(2-[4,4′]-didecyloxy-2,2′;5′, 2′’]terTHiophen-3′-yl-ethenyl) fullero[3,4]pyrrolidine (TTh-C60) solution.
Journal ArticleDOI

Sarin-simulant detection by phthalocyanine/palladium structures: From modeling to real sensor response

TL;DR: In this article, metal-free phthalocyanine/palladium structure utilized in sarin-simulant dimethyl methylphosphonate (DMMP) detection at room temperature was investigated.
