Journal ArticleDOI
Validação de um instrumento para medir o clima organizacional entre alunos de programas de pós-graduação de uma IES
Angélica Balconi Moro,Laércio André Gassen Balsan,Vânia Medianeira Flores Costa,Luis Felipe Dias Lopes,Maria Rosa Chitolina Schetinger +4 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors presented results of a research that aimed to adapt and validate a set of components and their respective indicators in order to compose the categories of analysis of organizational atmosphere for students of Postgraduate Programs (PPG) of a Higher Education Institution (IES).
Journal ArticleDOI
Experimental infection of cattle with Listeria monocytogenes: Participation of purinergic metabolism in disease pathogenesis.
Antonise M. Jaguezeski,Gessica Perin,Leandro A. Rhoden,Teane M.A. da Silva,Ricardo E. Mendes,Nathieli B. Bottari,Thalisson Faccin,Matheus D. Baldissera,Vera Maria Morsch,Maria Rosa Chitolina Schetinger,Janice L. Giongo,Aleksandro Schafer da Silva,Aleksandro Schafer da Silva +12 more
TL;DR: There appears to be a protective immunomodulatory response in spleen and brain structures of cattle infected with L. monocytogenes, and ADA activity was lower in the cerebellum, cerebral cortex and medulla oblongata in infected animals compared with controls.
Journal ArticleDOI
Assessment of sexual behavior and neuromodulation of Cyperus esculentus L. and Tetracarpidium conophorum Müll. Arg dietary supplementation regulating the purinergic system in the cerebral cortex of L-NAME-challenged rats.
Ayodeji A. Olabiyi,Ayodeji A. Olabiyi,Ayodeji A. Olabiyi,Blessing A. Afolabi,Karine Paula Reichert,Taís Vidal Palma,Vera Maria Morsch,Ganiyu Oboh,Maria Rosa Chitolina Schetinger +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors examined the behavioral responses, purinergic receptor densities, ectonucleotidases (E-NTPDase), adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity, and nitric oxide (NO) levels along with the parameters of oxidative stress-related to erectile function in the cerebral cortex (CC) of L-NAME-challenged rats pretreated with tigernut (TN) and walnut (WN) dietary supplementation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Enzymes that hydrolyze adenine nucleotides in platelets and polymorphisms in the α2 gene of integrin α2β1 in patients with von Willebrand disease
Karen F. Santos,Vanessa Battisti,Maísa Corrêa,Thaís R. Mann,Renata da Silva Pereira,Maria do Carmo Araújo,Alice Odete Brülê,Maria Rosa Chitolina Schetinger,Vera Maria Morsch +8 more
TL;DR: Results indicated reduced platelet NTPDase and E-NPP activities which might be related to the low platelet adhesiveness, and the prevalence of the 807C allele might account for the variability in bleeding in VWD.
Journal ArticleDOI
Neuroprotection elicited by resveratrol in a rat model of hypothyroidism: Possible involvement of cholinergic signaling and redox status.
Juliane de Souza Cardoso,Jucimara Baldissarelli,Karine Paula Reichert,Fernanda Cardoso Teixeira,Mayara Sandrielly Pereira Soares,Maria Rosa Chitolina Schetinger,Vera Maria Morsch,Antônio Orlando Farias Martins Filho,Humberto Ribeiro Duarte Junior,Felipe Henrique Ribeiro Coriolano,Roselia Maria Spanevello,Francieli Moro Stefanello,Rejane Giacomelli Tavares +12 more
TL;DR: In this article, the preventive effects of resveratrol in the cholinergic system and redox status in rats with methimazole-induced hypothyroidism were evaluated.
