Journal Article

The effects of IL-2, IL-6 and IL-10 levels on prognosis in patients with aggressive Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL).

TL;DR: In patients with lymphoma, the immune system tries to control the progression of tumor thus leading to high IL-2 levels, which correlates with the outcome in patients with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma in the post treatment period.

Search for Dark Matter Candidates and Large Extra Dimensions in Events with a Photon and Missing Transverse Momentum in pp Collision Data at √s=7 TeV with the ATLAS Detector

Georges Aad, +2892 more
TL;DR: In this article, a search for new phenomena in events with an energetic photon and large missing transverse momentum in proton-proton collisions at √ s = 7 TeV is reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and investigation of catalytic affinities of water-soluble amphiphilic calix[n]arene surfactants in the coupling reaction of some heteroaromatic compounds

TL;DR: In this paper, six water-soluble calix[ n ]arene-based Bronsted acid-type catalysts with amphiphilic groups were successfully synthesized by incorporating sulfonic acid moieties.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of Calix[4]arene Mono and Diamide Derivatives and Selective Complexation of Alkali and Alkaline Earth Cations

TL;DR: In this article, the synthesis of mono and diamide derivatives of the ptert-butylcalix[4]arenes/calix [4]-arenes from the reaction of 5,11,17,23,tetra-tert−butylbutyl•25,27,diethoxycarbonyl−methoxy•26,28,dihydroxycalix•4]ARENE with various primary amines were reported.
