TL;DR: Among Greenlandic Inuit, adipose tissue inflammation is also increased in those who migrate to Denmark, possibly as a result of dietary changes, and no association was found between gene expression of mast cell markers in adiposity tissue and asthma.

Early life chlamydial infection enhances allergic airways disease through age-dependent differences in immunopathology

TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of chlamydial infection at different ages on allergic airway disease in later life were investigated, showing that early-life infection increased mucussecreting cell numbers, IL-13 expression, and airway hyperresponsiveness.
