Gabapentin for refractory chronic cough - Authors' reply.
TL;DR: This study showed that gabapentin was generally well tolerated, and that cough frequency fell during treatment, even when the cough refl ex was chemically stimulated, suggesting that longer-term treat ment is justifi ed and required for some individuals.
