Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a pathological process characterized by atherosclerotic plaque accumulation in the epicardial arteries, whether obstructive or non-obstructive. This process can be modified by lifestyle adjustments, pharmacological therapies, and invasive interventions designed to achieve disease stabilization or regression. The disease can have long, stable periods but can also become unstable at any time, typically due to an acute atherothrombotic event caused by plaque rupture or erosion. However, the disease is chronic, most often progressive, and hence serious, even in clinically apparently silent periods. The dynamic nature of the CAD process results in various clinical presentations, which can be conveniently categorized as either acute coronary syndromes (ACS) or chronic coronary syndromes (CCS). The Guidelines presented here refer to the management of patients with CCS. The natural history of CCS is illustrated in Figure 1.

2019 ESC Guidelines for the diagnosis and management of chronic coronary syndromes.

The talk with present the key results of the IPCC Working Group III 5th assessment report. Concluding four years of intense scientific collaboration by hundreds of authors from around the world, the report responds to the request of the world's governments for a comprehensive, objective and policy neutral assessment of the current scientific knowledge on mitigating climate change. The report has been extensively reviewed by experts and governments to ensure quality and comprehensiveness.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has spread rapidly as global pandemic affecting 187 countries/regions and emerged as worldwide health crisis. Potential antiviral drugs used for the SARS-CoV-2 in clinical treatments have side effects. However, emergency vaccines are in use but despite that increase in the coronavirus cases are alarming. Thus, it is utmost need of safer antiviral agent to treat or inhibit the viral infection. Forskolin has been reported as a possible antiviral-agent. This molecule was docked with ACE2 receptor of human which is the target for the binding of S1 unit of viral S protein of SARSCoV-2. In silico docking was carried out on SwissDock, PatchDock and FireDock servers. The docked ACE2 structure was further docked with the RBD of the spike protein. Forskolin is able to H-bond with the hACE2 and ACE2-forskolin fails to interact with the receptor-binding domain (RBD) of the Spike protein of SARS-CoV-2. Instead, viral RBD is repulsed by the diterpene molecule through obliteration and reciprocated binding. We report first that forskolin plays a crucial role in the inhibition of proteinprotein interaction of RBD and ACE2 when docked with either of the protein. In silico Analysis of Forskolin as a Potential Inhibitor of SARS-CoV-2

NS2 is an event-driven, object-oriented simulation tool to simulate and analyze dynamic nature of communication networks; it is also a powerful tool to develop new protocols and functions. NS-2 is an open source and very popular network simulation tool. It provides support for OSI or TCP/IP protocols stack and many standard routing and application protocols for wire and wireless networks. In NS2, many protocols have been implemented so far at various layer of TCP/IP protocol suite to provide different functions, but none provides security functions. Although, some applications require security (Encryption/Decryption and key exchange) implementation in NS-2. However, NS-2 does not provide these features till now. In this paper, we solve this issue by adding new security module or protocol in NS2. Security module helps us in key sharing as well as in implementation of encryption/decryption functions. We analyze the features of a security module in details; discuss the algorithms used, simulation process and implementation of a security module on the basis of NS2. Also, the simulation details of key sharing protocol and self-defined encryption/decryption protocol in wired network are introduced. NAM is used to display the process of simulation. The purpose of the module is to introduce encryption/decryption features with key sharing into network simulation program.

Development and validation of a NS2 protocol for data security at network layer

On the 4H-SiC substrate, C-face and Si-face oxide layers have been grown by thermal oxidation process and sputtering. The thermal oxidation temperature dependence of 4H-silicon carbide (SiC) is systematically investigated using capacitance-voltage (C–V) measurements. The oxidation quality and thickness vary according to the temperature and time duration of the thermal oxidation. The layers' thicknesses are determined by atomic force microscopy (AFM), and the temperature range is between 800°C and 1110 °C. The primary reason to fabricate the Metal-Oxide-Silicon (MOS) capacitor is to know the thermal oxidation process and a working principle. In this paper, we optimize a thermal oxidation process and fabricate the MOS structure. Then we determine the various parameters such as flat band voltage (Vf b), Inversion threshold voltage (Vt), Surface depletion capacitance (Cdep), Oxide capacitance (Cox), the total capacitance of the device (Co), doping concentration (Nd), Depletion width (Xd), Maximum depletion width (Xdt) and Interface trap density (Dit). Finally, we analyze and discuss the MOS capacitance.
