Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a pathological process characterized by atherosclerotic plaque accumulation in the epicardial arteries, whether obstructive or non-obstructive. This process can be modified by lifestyle adjustments, pharmacological therapies, and invasive interventions designed to achieve disease stabilization or regression. The disease can have long, stable periods but can also become unstable at any time, typically due to an acute atherothrombotic event caused by plaque rupture or erosion. However, the disease is chronic, most often progressive, and hence serious, even in clinically apparently silent periods. The dynamic nature of the CAD process results in various clinical presentations, which can be conveniently categorized as either acute coronary syndromes (ACS) or chronic coronary syndromes (CCS). The Guidelines presented here refer to the management of patients with CCS. The natural history of CCS is illustrated in Figure 1.

2019 ESC Guidelines for the diagnosis and management of chronic coronary syndromes.

The talk with present the key results of the IPCC Working Group III 5th assessment report. Concluding four years of intense scientific collaboration by hundreds of authors from around the world, the report responds to the request of the world's governments for a comprehensive, objective and policy neutral assessment of the current scientific knowledge on mitigating climate change. The report has been extensively reviewed by experts and governments to ensure quality and comprehensiveness.

Standard field theoretic formulations of composite fermion theories for the anomalous metals that form at or near even-denominator filling fractions of the lowest Landau level do not possess Galilei invariance. To restore Galilei symmetry, these theories must be supplemented by"correction"terms. We study the effect of the leading"correction"term, known as the dipole term, in the Dirac composite fermion theory (a theory that consists of a Dirac fermion coupled to an Abelian Chern-Simons gauge field) on quantum oscillations in the electrical resistivity due to a periodic scalar potential about even-denominator filling fractions. We find the dipole term to be insufficient to resolve the systematic discrepancy, discovered in [Kamburov et. al., Phys. Rev. Lett. 113, 196801 (2014)], between the locations of the oscillation minima predicted by Dirac composite fermion theory without Galilei invariance and those observed in experiment. Further, in contrast to [Hossain et al., Phys. Rev. B 100, 041112 (2019)], we find the quantum oscillations about the half-filled and quarter-filled lowest Landau level to have qualitatively similar behavior. This analysis uses a mean-field approximation, in which gauge field fluctuations are neglected. Based on this and previous analyses, we speculate the discrepancy with experiment may be an indirect signature of the effect of gauge field fluctuations in composite fermion theory.

Device to Device(D2D) communication in utilizing the existing radio frequency which is very limited and the requirement for an alternative is a necessity in this paper a new verity or rather an alternative for D2D communication well be to utilize other frequency range using Li-Fi, Current objective is to introduces various application and challenges in using Li-Fi for D2D communication the sub-objective is to identify the research issues and solutions that can be introduced upon using Li-Fi for D2D communications in rescues operations in disaster situations and may vast applications as well, The lack of knowledge in the technologies is available is one of the reason for the slow advancements in D2D communication which is a necessity now this paper includes the detailed comparison with some of the technologies available currently which has a high potential in D2D communication along with the improvements that can be achieved in case if the new technology is introduced and an in detailed comparison with the most used device to device communication that is Wi-Fi is directly compared with Li-Fi to give a detailed advantage over it in the Energy consumption as well as the data rates.

Skill of the High-Resolution WRF Rainfall Forecast by Dense Rain Gauge Network: A Case Study Over Karnataka, India

Introduction: Fluid absorption and associated electrolyte derangement is an inevitable complication of Transuretheral Resection of Prostate (TURP) and Percutaneous Lithotripsy (PCNL). The present study was conducted to analyse changes in serum electrolytes, Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) and acid base status, and to evaluate their role as early predictors of clinical and haemodynamic changes following continuous irrigation during transurethral resection of prostrate and PCNL Aim: To analyse the various biochemical changes during endourological procedures and to determine their role in predicting clinical manifestation and haemodynamic changes in these procedures. Materials and Methods: The present observational study included 20 patients, who underwent TURP and 20 patients who underwent PCNL. A 1.5% glycine and 0.9% normal saline were used for irrigation during TURP and PCNL, respectively. The levels of serum sodium, potassium, free calcium ion, LDH and acid base status were monitored in all patients preoperatively, intraoperatively, at the end of surgery, 6 hours and 24 hours postoperatively. Intraoperative and postoperative haemodynamic parameters were also studied. Results: In TURP group, statistically significant changes were seen in serum sodium, potassium, LDH and free calcium ions. There was no change in acid-base status of patients. In PCNL group, statistically significant changes were seen in serum sodium, LDH, free calcium ion and acid base status. It was observed that some of these changes persisted even 24 hours, postoperatively. However, despite the above changes, the haemodynamic parameters remained within normal limits. Conclusion: Changes in serum sodium, serum potassium and free calcium ion during TURP and PCNL were consistent findings which implies fluid absorption. These changes persist up to 24 hours postoperatively. The monitoring of these parameters in postoperative period should be continued especially in patients suspected to develop or having TURP syndrome.
