Femtosecond laser-induced periodic surface structure on diamond film

TL;DR: In this article, the laser-induced periodic surface structure (LIPSS) with periodicity about a quarter of the laser wavelength on unpolished diamond film treated by a P-polarized femtosecond laser was observed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Origin of the blue and red photoluminescence from aged porous silicon

TL;DR: In this article, two peak photoluminescence (PL), blue and red, is obtained in the long-time aged porous silicon samples that were initially anodized under Ar+ 488 nm laser illumination.
Journal ArticleDOI

Analysis of optical emission spectroscopy in diamond chemical vapor deposition

TL;DR: In this article, the gas phase chemistry in hot filament chemical vapor deposition (HFCVD) diamond processes was studied using optical emission spectroscopy (OES) and the results showed that the methane concentration strongly influenced the intensity ratios of CH, CH+ and Hγ to Hβ, and the effects of pressure and filament temperature on the relative concentrations of the species were also analyzed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Photoluminescence and its decay of the dye/porous‐silicon composite system

TL;DR: In this article, the photoluminescence and its decay in the composite system of dye/porous silicon, consisting of oxidized porous silicon (Psi) and impregnated dyes, have been studied.
Journal ArticleDOI

Two-step growth of high quality diamond films

TL;DR: In this paper, a two-step diamond film growth method was used in hot filament chemical vapor deposition (CVD) chamber, and the characterization of diamond films were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and Raman scattering.
