Journal ArticleDOI

Identification of two related markers for common acute lymphoblastic leukemia as heat shock proteins.

TL;DR: Evidence is provided that two polypeptides designated L2 and L4 are structurally related and represent novel markers for common ALL.
Journal ArticleDOI

Proteomic analysis of eIF-5A in lung adenocarcinomas

TL;DR: Higher eIF‐5A protein expression was present in tumors showing poor differentiation, 12/13th codon K‐ras mutations, p53 nuclear accumulation, and tumors with positive lymphocytic response suggesting the use of eIF-5A as prognostic marker in lung adenocarcinoma is suggested.
Journal ArticleDOI

Transforming properties of a Q18→E mutation of the microtubule regulator Op18

TL;DR: The mutant form of Op18 (M-Op18) was cloned and sequenced, revealing a substitution of a G for C at nucleotide 155 that results in a Q18-->E substitution in the protein.
