TL;DR: This paper describes a project that set out to summarize the natural science evidence base relevant to neonicotinoid insecticides and insect pollinators in as policy-neutral terms as possible.

Journal ArticleDOI
Ecology of transgenic oilseed rape in natural habitats
TL;DR: Despite substantial variation in seed survival, plant growth and seed production between sites and across experimental treatments, there was no indication that genetic engineering for kanamycin tolerance or herbicide tolerance increased the invasive potential of oilseed rape.
Journal ArticleDOI
Baculovirus resistance in the noctuid Spodoptera exempta is phenotypically plastic and responds to population density
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that melanized S. exempta larvae were more resistant than non–melanized forms, independent of rearing density, and that the melanized cuticles characteristic of the high–density form may be indicative of a more active immune system.
