TL;DR: A collection of simplified models relevant to the design of new-physics searches at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) and the characterization of their results is presented in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Inelastic Dark Matter in Light of DAMA/LIBRA
TL;DR: In this paper, the relative sensitivities of various dark matter direct detection experiments are modified such that the DAMA annual modulation signal can be reconciled with the absence of a reported signal at CDMS-Soudan, XENON10, ZEPLIN, CRESST, and KIMS for inelastic WIMPs with masses O(100 GeV).

Little Higgs models and custodial SU ( 2 )
Spencer Chang,Jay G. Wacker +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a modified minimal moose model with global symmetries protecting the Higgs boson mass was proposed. But the model is not suitable for high-energy Higgs doublets.
Journal ArticleDOI
CoGeNT Interpretations
TL;DR: In this article, the CoGeNT experiment has reported events in excess of expected background, which can potentially explain this signal under the standard case of spin independent scattering with equal couplings to protons and neutrons.
Journal ArticleDOI
A ``littlest Higgs'' model with custodial SU(2) symmetry
TL;DR: In this paper, a ''littlest higgs'' model is presented which has an approximate custodial SU(2) symmetry, which is based on the coset space SO(9)/(SO(5) × SO(4) ), where the light pseudo-goldstone bosons of the theory include a single higgs doublet below a TeV and a set of three SU( 2)W triplets and an electroweak singlet in the TeV range.
