Journal ArticleDOI
Analytical and clinical validation of a digital sequencing panel for quantitative, highly accurate evaluation of cell-free circulating tumor DNA
Richard B. Lanman,Stefanie Mortimer,Oliver A. Zill,Dragan Sebisanovic,Rene Lopez,Sibel Blau,Eric A. Collisson,Stephen G. Divers,Dave S.B. Hoon,E. Scott Kopetz,Jeeyun Lee,Petros Nikolinakos,Arthur Baca,Bahram G. Kermani,Helmy Eltoukhy,Amir Ali Talasaz +15 more
TL;DR: The analytic and clinical validation of the gene panel are reported and near-perfect analytic specificity enables complete coverage of many genes without the false positives typically seen with traditional sequencing assays at mutant allele frequencies or fractions below 5%.
Journal ArticleDOI
Clinical Utility of Comprehensive Cell-free DNA Analysis to Identify Genomic Biomarkers in Patients with Newly Diagnosed Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer.
Natasha B. Leighl,Ray D. Page,Victoria M. Raymond,Davey B. Daniel,Stephen G. Divers,Karen L. Reckamp,Miguel A. Villalona-Calero,Daniel Dix,Justin I. Odegaard,Richard B. Lanman,Vassiliki A. Papadimitrakopoulou +10 more
TL;DR: In the largest cfDNA study in previously untreated mNSCLC, a validated comprehensive cfDNA test identifies guideline-recommended biomarkers at a rate at least as high as SOC tissue genotyping, with high tissue concordance, more rapidly and completely than tissue-based genotypesing.
Journal ArticleDOI
Acute transient leukopenia as a sign of TRALI.
Marisa B. Marques,Hande H. Tuncer,Hande H. Tuncer,Stephen G. Divers,Allyson C. Baker,D. Keith Harrison +5 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Scurvy: an often forgotten cause of bleeding.
Regina de Luna,B. Judson Colley,Kathleen J. Smith,Stephen G. Divers,John J. Rinehart,Marisa B. Marques +5 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Phase I/IIa study of cisplatin and gemcitabine as induction chemotherapy followed by concurrent chemoradiotherapy with gemcitabine and paclitaxel for locally advanced non-small-cell lung cancer.
Stephen G. Divers,Sharon A. Spencer,Delicia Carey,Elizabeth M. Busby,Mark D. Hyatt,Francisco Robert +5 more
TL;DR: Additional investigation with the 3-week schedule is warranted in patients with a good performance status based on the safety profile and preliminary efficacy data observed in this study.
