Journal ArticleDOI
RIKEN isotope separator on-line GARIS/IGISOL
Kosuke Morita,Atsushi Yoshida,T. T. Inamura,Mitsuo Koizumi,Toru Nomura,M. Fujioka,T. Shinozuka,H. Miyatake,Keisuke Sueki,Hisaaki Kudo,Yasuki Nagai,T. Toriyama,K. Yoshimura,Yuichi Hatsukawa +13 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors describe the fabrication and the characteristics of an isotope separator on-line (ISOL) which was constructed at the RIKEN Ring Cyclotron Facility.
Journal ArticleDOI
Atomic beam magnetic resonance apparatus for systematic measurement of hyperfine structure anomalies (Bohr-Weisskopf effect)
H T Duong,C. Ekström,M. Gustafsson,T. T. Inamura,P. Juncar,Peter Lievens,I Lindgren,Seishi Matsuki,T Murayama,T Murayama,Rainer Neugart,Thomas Nilsson,Toru Nomura,M Pellarin,S Penselin,J. R. Persson,J Pinard,I Ragnarsson,O. Redi,H. Henry Stroke,JL Vialle +20 more
TL;DR: An atomic beam magnetic resonance (ABMR) apparatus has been constructed at Orsay, and has been installed at the CERN PS Booster ISOLDE mass separator facility for "on-line" work with radioactive isotopes in a program to measure hyperfine structure anomalies (the Bohr-Weisskopf effect) over long isotopic chains as discussed by the authors.
Journal ArticleDOI
Isotope shift and hyperfine structure in Lu I and W I.
W. G. Jin,Masanori Wakasugi,T. T. Inamura,Toshiyuki Murayama,Takashi Wakui,Hidetsugu Katsuragawa,T. Ariga,T. Ishizuka,Mitsuo Koizumi,Isao Sugai +9 more
TL;DR: Isotope shifts and hyperfine structures of four transitions in W i have been measured as well as isotope shifts in Lu i by means of atomic-beam laser spectroscopy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Laser-rf double-resonance spectroscopy of 177,179Hf.
W. G. Jin,Masanori Wakasugi,T. T. Inamura,Toshiyuki Murayama,Takashi Wakui,Hidetsugu Katsuragawa,T. Ariga,T. Ishizuka,Isao Sugai +8 more
TL;DR: The atomic-beam laser-rf double-resonance technique has been used to make precision measurements of the hyperfine structure (hfs) splittings and there is a clear indication of nuclear-spin dependence of the isotopic ratios of C.
Journal ArticleDOI
An ion-guide isotope separator on-line at INS
Kosuke Morita,T. T. Inamura,Toru Nomura,J. Tanaka,Hiroari Miyatake,M. Fujioka,T. Shinozuka,M. Yoshii,Hiroyuki Hama,K. Taguchi,K. Sueki,Y. Hatsukawa,Kohei Furuno,H. Kudo +13 more
TL;DR: In this article, an ion-guide isotope separator on-line (IGISOL) has been constructed at INS and the overall efficiency of the IGISOL has been measured to be about 2%.
