Journal ArticleDOI

Biased agonism of clinically approved μ-opioid receptor agonists and TRV130 is not controlled by binding and signaling kinetics

TL;DR: The data reveal that the clinically available drug buprenorphine displays a similar pharmacological bias profile in vitro compared to the clinical candidate drug oliceridine and that this bias is independent of binding kinetics suggesting a mechanism driven by receptor-conformations.
Journal ArticleDOI

Experimental and computational studies on the tautomerism of N-substituted 3-amino-5-oxo-4-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo-1-carboxamides with antibacterial activity

TL;DR: The tautomerism of 3-amino-5-oxo-4-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo-1-carboxamides with antibacterial activity was studied with X-ray crystallography, IR, 1H and 13C NMR and quantum chemical calculations as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Discovery of nitroaryl urea derivatives with antiproliferative properties.

TL;DR: A series of urea derivatives bearing nitroaryl moiety has been synthesized and assayed for their potential antiproliferative activities and generally demonstrated greater cytotoxicity in comparison to cisplatin.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis, Structural and Thermal Studies of 3-(1-Benzyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridin-4-yl)-5-ethoxy-1H-indole (D2AAK1_3) as Dopamine D2 Receptor Ligand

TL;DR: The studied compound is characterized by good thermal stability and was docked to the novel X-ray structure of the human dopamine D2 receptor in the inactive state and established the main contact between its protonatable nitrogen atom and Asp (3.32) of the receptor.
