Journal ArticleDOI

Severe acute interstitial pneumonia and gefitinib.

TL;DR: Assessment of patients who had non-small cell lung cancer causing severe acute interstitial pneumonia in association with gefitinib found diffuse alveolar damage, which was consistent with acuteinterstitial pneumonia, should be aware of the alveolars damage induced by gefithinib.
Journal ArticleDOI

Proinflammatory Cytokine IL-1β Promotes Tumor Growth of Lewis Lung Carcinoma by Induction of Angiogenic Factors: In Vivo Analysis of Tumor-Stromal Interaction

TL;DR: Results indicated that secreting IL-1β into the tumor milieu induces several angiogenic factors from tumor and stromal cells and thus promotes tumor growth through hyperneovascularization.
Journal ArticleDOI

Targeted delivery of CX3CL1 to multiple lung tumors by mesenchymal stem cells.

TL;DR: The tropism of mouse MSCs to tumor cells in vitro and multiple tumor tissues in the lung after i.v. injection of green fluorescent protein‐positive MSCS in vivo is demonstrated and suggests that MSC's can be used as a vehicle for introducing biological agents into multiple lung tumor tissues.
