TL;DR: It is estimated that LGD mutation in about 400 genes can contribute to the joint class of affected females and males of lower IQ, with an overlapping and similar number of genes vulnerable to contributory missense mutation.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: On the basis of mutation rates in probands versus unaffected siblings, it is concluded that de novo frameshift indels contribute to risk in approximately 3% of individuals with ASD.

TL;DR: Eye-tracking analysis showed that, among individuals with ASD, subjects with CDD focused on eyes the most when shown pictures of faces, and differences between CDD and other forms of ASD on the neurobiological as well as clinical level are suggested.
Journal ArticleDOI
Incidence and predictors of pacemaker-induced cardiomyopathy with right ventricular pacing: a systematic review
Jawad Abbas,Zafar Zulqarnain,Fatima Waqar,Zainulabedin Waqar,Jahanzeb Malik,D. Satti,Syed Muhammad Jawad Zaidi +6 more
TL;DR: RV pacing was associated with a considerable risk of PICM, with biological factors, such as male gender, old age, increased QRS duration, and chronic RV pacing burden playing an important role in the development of disease.

National Estimates for the Percentage of all Readmissions With Demographic Features, Morbidity, Overall and Gender-specific Mortality of Transcutaneous vs Open Surgical Tricuspid Valve Replacement/Repair.
M. Salman Khan,Abdul Baqi,Ghulam Mujtaba Ghumman,Waqas Ullah,Julie A. Shah,Y. Sattar,Tabia Mir,Zaid Sheikh,Azeem Tahir,Fnu Salman,Moaaz Baghal,Kritika Luthra,Vivek Khatri,Zainulabedin Waqar,M. Taleb +14 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the percentage of all readmissions with demographic features, length of stay, cost analysis, comorbidities, overall and gender-specific mortality, and complications of transcutaneous tricuspid replacement/repair [TTVR] vs. open surgical tricusid valve replacement/ repair [Open TVR] were determined.
