TL;DR: It was found that protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) plays an important role in the induction of G2 arrest by Vpr since mutations in genes coding for a regulatory or catalytic subunit of PP2A reduce Vpr-induced G2 arrested and Vpr was also found to upregulate PP2a, supporting a model in which Vpr activates the PP2 A holoenzyme to induce G2 Arrest.

TL;DR: The Children's Oncology Group recently developed a Neuroblastoma Risk Stratification System that is currently in use for treatment stratification purposes, based on clinical and biologic factors that are strongly predictive of outcome.

To some extent, outcome can be predicted by the stage of disease and age at diagnosis. The molecular eve
