Few studies are available on optimistic effects of positive humor styles. In this study, we subsidize to these queries by examining the association among positive humor in management and follower’s well-being and creativity. We suggest that these associations explain through social procedure and definite this social process in positions of leader– member exchange. Furthermore, we undertake that these associations depend on followers’ power distance orientation. We verified the theorized moderatedmediation model in a two-wave survey study with 384 respondents. Abstract: This paper details our effort in determining how technological advancement facilitates business relationship and ameliorates the competitive advantage of supply network. Using business network management literature, current knowledge employs Activity-Resource-Actor Model (ARAM) to recap the drivers, opportunities, and challenges of smart technologies in a supply network. The following discussions reveal that in presence of technological advancement, precise knowledge sharing, stronger social co-creation, smart management, and robust legal system, business relationship and supplier collaboration can benefit from a sustainable, modern, adaptive, robust, and technology-oriented activity links, resource ties, and actor bonds, per se, smart supply network. The paper confirms that digital-linked activities empower businesses and help them gain more from interdependencies benefits. Digital-linked resources enhance heterogeneity advantage, while digital-bonded actors are obtained from transcendence. The benefits derived from digitizing activity links, resource ties, and an actor bond is reliant upon a company’s own activity structure, interdependencies, and connectedness. However, the challenges of direct/indirect relationship costs prevent companies benefiting from a smart supply network.

Abstract: Malaysian youth has been culturally diverse for more than 1500 years since the Malay kingdom welcomed traders from China and India. They brought many different commodities and different cultures and religions. This unique cultural identity has resulted in young people being brought up in a variety of different ways, with different beliefs and ideologies. When these young people convene at communal spaces such as universities, inter-cultural miscommunication and clashes among them can arise as the different cultures collide. These clashes clearly portray the disadvantages of cultural diversity in communities, which may lead to segregation among students. As such, the purpose of this research study was to investigate techniques of improving architectural designs of universities in order to minimize cultural clashes among youth.
