TL;DR: The fuzzy synthetic model was built by adopting AHP and fuzzy mathematics theory and has set up the evaluation index system of third class highway traffic safety with the help of safety reliability.
Abstract: Based on analysis of traffic safety of third class highway in western area,the text has adopted 28 more important influence factors as the evaluation index from eight aspects,which is natural condition,route condition,and roadside condition and so on.With the help of safety reliability,it has set up the evaluation index system of third class highway traffic safety.The fuzzy synthetic model was built by adopting AHP and fuzzy mathematics theory.The instance of G212 in Zhangxian Country of Gansu Province is calculated and analyzed with this method,and if the safety reliability satisfied the need,the results are agree with investigates of highway management department.The method can reflect the traffic safety of third class highway in western area.

Abstract: Risk management should applied in construction project, which is regulated in the specification of GB/T50236-2006. The first step of risk management is risk recognization. This paper studies the steps and methods for recognizing risk and suggests to classify the risks to schedule, quality, economy and safety. The Delphi method, workflow method and initial risk list method are used to recognize risk. The project of Harbin Mopanshan Reservoir Water Supply (2nd term) is taken as an example to analyze the risk recognization and risk report.

Abstract: On the basis of analyzing PPP mode’s characteristics, application field and operational idea, the paper analyses further the subway project financing status, as well as to point that PPP mode is an effective way of working out subway project financing plight. Finally, the paper indicates PPP mode’s advantage in subway project financing and puts forward some guarantee measures, such as legislating and perfecting existing laws and regulations, accelerating the transition of government’s role, establishing a reasonable risk-sharing structure.

Abstract: As the pace of WTO entrance of China accelerated, the trends of globalization and information are gradually obvious. How to immediately enhance the management and application level of the construction of enterprises is becoming the most important problem. Methods used to cost management during implementation stage are analyzed. Meanwhile, the present condition and the trend of development are also analyzed. Then, some countermeasures are put forward.

Abstract: The information of construction project is managed by traditional handiwork method in most construction projects in China.Information creation,information disposal,information transfer,information storage and information searching during the process of information management based on PIP have been compared with those in the traditional way from many aspects in this paper.It is concluded that information management based on PIP has many advantages that are advanced sharing method,convenient disposal,fast transfer,decreasing the time of searching information,less space for store and saving cost.
