TLDR
In this paper, the ratios of g1-factors, hyperfine structure anomalies, magnetic moments, atomic shielding constants and the ratio of the quadrupole moments are evaluated using also data from literature.
Abstract
135Ba and137Ba Fourier transform nuclear magnetic resonance and nuclear quadrupole resonance investigations are reported in liquids resp. solids. From these measurements ratios of g1-factors, hyperfine structure anomalies, magnetic moments, atomic shielding constants and the ratio of the quadrupole moments are evaluated using also data from literature.

NMR Nomenclature: Nuclear Spin Properties and Conventions for Chemical Shifts. IUPAC Recommendations 2001.

TL;DR: The chemical shift, delta, is redefined to avoid previous ambiguities but to leave practical usage unchanged, and Relations between the unified scale and recently published recommendations for referencing in aqueous solutions are discussed, as well as the special effects of working in the solid state with magic-angle spinning.

NMR nomenclature: nuclear spin properties and conventions for chemical shifts. IUPAC Recommendations 2001. International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry. Physical Chemistry Division. Commission on Molecular Structure and Spectroscopy

TL;DR: In this article, a unified scale for reporting the NMR chemical shifts of all nuclei relative to the 1H resonance of tetramethylsilane is proposed, which is designed to provide a precise ratio, Ξ, of the resonance frequency of a given nuclide to that of the primary reference.

Year-2017 nuclear quadrupole moments

TL;DR: In this article, a set of nuclear quadrupole moments, Q, was presented for the year-2017 set, and a major revision of the value, or an improvement of the accuracy was reported for 21H, 37...

NMR Nomenclature: nuclear spin properties and conventions for chemical shifts (IUPAC Recommendations 2001)

TL;DR: In this article, a unified scale is recommended for reporting the NMR chemical shifts of all nuclei relative to the 1H resonance of tetramethylsilane in dilute solution (volume fraction, φ > 1%).

The 1973 Least‐Squares Adjustment of the Fundamental Constants

TL;DR: The 1973 least squares adjustment of the fundamental physical constants carried out by the authors under the auspices of the CODATA Task Group on Fundamental Constants is described in this paper, where the salient features of both the input data used and its detailed analysis by least squares are given.

Nuclear magnetic relaxation

TL;DR: The method of nuclear paramagnetic resonance absorption has been used to study the interaction of nuclei in solids, liquids, and gases with their environment and one can predict the relaxation time T1 caused by interaction of the nuclei with the lattice vibrations.

Messung der magnetischen Kerndipolmomente an freien43Ca-,87Sr-,135Ba-,137Ba-,171Yb- und173Yb-Atomen mit optischem Pumpen

TL;DR: In this article, the nuclear magnetic moments of the Ba- and Yb-isotopes have been measured by means of an improved experimental technique and the influence of the light shift has been investigated.
