Crystal structure, ir-spectrum and electrochemical behaviour of cu(creatinine)2cl2

TLDR
In this paper, the crystal structure of the little compound has been solved by single-crystal X-ray diffractometry, where the CuII ion is located on a two-fold crystallographic axis in a quasi-tetrahedral coordination.

(Guanidine)copper complexes: structural variety and application in bioinorganic chemistry and catalysis

TL;DR: In this paper, a review of guanidine copper compounds with an emphasis on structural characteristics and their application in bioinorganic chemistry and catalysis is presented. But the focus of this paper is on the use of the guanidines as neutral donor ligands in copper coordination.

Artificial molecular recognition material based biosensor for creatinine by electrochemical impedance analysis

TL;DR: In this article, an electrochemical impedimetric sensor based on molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) was developed for the detection of creatinine, which is a biomolecular recognition element.

Reactivity of copper(II) peptide complexes with bioligands (benzimidazole and creatinine)

TL;DR: The nature of the peptide seems to be a very important factor for the reactivity of copper(II) peptide complexes with bioligands as mentioned in this paper, and only four new ternary Cu(II)-complexes have been obtained.
Journal ArticleDOI

Spectroscopic and structural study of the newly synthesized heteroligand complex of copper with creatinine and urea.

TL;DR: Spectroscopic and structural study of a newly synthesized heteroligand complex of copper with creatinine and urea has been discussed and the complex is found to be rigid and stable in its monomeric form at very low concentrations.

Vibrational and DFT Studies of Creatinine and Its Metal Complexes

TL;DR: In this article, the optimized structure of creatinine was obtained using DFT/B3LYP method with 6-311+G(d,p) and LANL2DZ basis sets.

Spectroscopic and electrochemical behavior of aqua-glycylglycinato-imidazole-copper(II), a model compound for Cu(II)/carnosine interactions

TL;DR: In this article, the electronic (reflectance), vibrational, and ESR spectra of the Cu(II)/carnosine complex were compared in detail, and it was shown that the ESR spectrum shows the typical characteristics of a g-tensor with rhombic symmetry.
