Journal ArticleDOI

Mid-IR Dirac-cone dispersion relation materialized in SOI photonic crystal slabs.

TL;DR: The isotropic Dirac-cone dispersion relation in the mid-infrared range was materialized by fabricating photonic crystal slabs of the C4v symmetry in SOI wafers by electron beam lithography and showed good agreement with the dispersion relationship and the reflection spectra calculated by the finite element method.
Journal ArticleDOI

Apparatus for High-Precision Angle-Resolved Reflection Spectroscopy in the Mid-Infrared Region.

TL;DR: In this article, a high-precision angle-resolved reflection setup compatible with a commercial Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrometer is presented, which converts the focused beam into an achromatically collimated beam with an angle dispersion as high as 0.25°.
Journal ArticleDOI

Mid-infrared dispersion relations in InP based photonic crystal slabs revealed by Fourier-transform angle-resolved reflection spectroscopy

TL;DR: In this article, a high-precision angle-resolved setup compatible with a Fourier-transform spectrometer with an angle resolution as high as 0.3 degrees is presented.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

QCL-based trace gas analyzer for industrial and healthcare applications

TL;DR: In this article, a quantum cascade laser-based gas analyzer with table-top size was developed for the acetone and isotope of carbon dioxide, achieving a precision of 0.1 ppm and 0.3 µm in delta notation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Midinfrared Dispersion Relations in In P -Based Photonic Crystal Slabs Revealed by Fourier-Transform Angle-Resolved Reflection Spectroscopy

TL;DR: In this article, a high-precision angle-resolved setup compatible with a Fourier-transform spectrometer with an angle resolution as high as ${0.3}^{\ensuremath{\circ}} was proposed.
