TLDR
In this article, a simple temporal analysis algorithm (phase scanning method) is proposed for 3D surface profile measurement of a vibrating object based on shadow moire technique, where a grating is positioned close to a low-frequency vibration object and its shadow is observed through the grating.

Fourier-transform method of fringe-pattern analysis for computer-based topography and interferometry

TL;DR: In this article, a fast Fourier transform method of topography and interferometry is proposed to discriminate between elevation and depression of the object or wave-front form, which has not been possible by the fringe-contour generation techniques.

Instantaneous velocity displacement and contour measurement by use of shadow moiré and temporal wavelet analysis.

TL;DR: A temporal wavelet analysis method is proposed for velocity, displacement, and three-dimensional surface-profile measurement of a continuously deforming object by use of the shadow moiré technique, and results are compared with those obtained from temporal Fourier-transform and mechanical stylus methods.

Temporal phase-unwrapping algorithm for automated interferogram analysis.

TL;DR: An alternative approach based on one-dimensional unwrapping along the time axis is proposed, applicable to an important subclass of interferometry applications, in which a sequence of incremental phase maps can be obtained leading up to the final phase-difference map of interest.
