TLDR
In this article, the exact propagator and the coherent and Fock's states are obtained for a quantum oscillator with time-dependent frequency linearly coupled via momentum with external current. And the problem of quantization of the electromagnetic field inside a resonator filled with a dielectric medium with timedependent characteristics in the presence of the external alternating current is studied.
Abstract
The problem of quantization of the electromagnetic field inside a resonator filled with a dielectric medium with time-dependent characteristics in the presence of the external alternating current is studied. The exact propagator and the coherent and Fock's states are obtained for a quantum oscillator with time-dependent frequency linearly coupled via momentum with external current. Delta-pulse excitation of the medium is considered as an example.

QED effects in a cavity with a time-dependent thin semiconductor slab excited by laser pulses

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors considered the problem of the creation of quanta of an electromagnetic field from the initial vacuum (or thermal) state in a closed high-Q cavity due to periodical variations of conductivity of a thin semiconductor boundary layer excited by short laser pulses.
