Electron-Electron Interactions in Graphene: Current Status and Perspectives
Valeri N. Kotov,Bruno Uchoa,Vitor M. Pereira,Francisco Guinea,A. H. Castro Neto,A. H. Castro Neto +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, an emerging Dirac liquid of Lorentz invariant quasi-particles in the weak coupling regime and strongly correlated electronic states in the strong coupling regime is discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Quantum field theory in a magnetic field: From quantum chromodynamics to graphene and Dirac semimetals
V. A. Miransky,Igor A. Shovkovy +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, a range of quantum field theoretical phenomena driven by external magnetic fields and their applications in relativistic systems and quasirelativistic condensed matter ones, such as graphene and Dirac/Weyl semimetals, are reviewed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Dimensional reduction and catalysis of dynamical symmetry breaking by a magnetic field
TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that a constant magnetic field in 3+1 and 2+1 dimensions is a strong catalyst of dynamical chiral symmetry breaking, leading to the generation of a fermion dynamical mass even at the weakest attractive interaction between fermions.
Journal ArticleDOI
Towards a perturbative theory of nuclear forces
TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that an expansion of nuclear forces about the chiral limit is formally consistent and is equivalent to KSW power counting in the 1 S 0 channel and Weinberg power count in the 3 S 1 − 3 D 1 coupled channels.
Journal ArticleDOI
Anomalies in quantum mechanics: The 1/r(2) potential
Sidney A. Coon,Barry R. Holstein +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, the two-dimensional delta function interaction and the 1/r2 potential were treated and the physics of the former were discussed together with experimental consequences, as well as the experimental consequences of the latter.

Scattering theory of waves and particles
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present a survey of various approaches to the solution of three-particle problems, as well as a discussion of the Efimov effect, and the general approach to multiparticle reaction theory.
Journal ArticleDOI
Some Exact Results for the Many-Body Problem in one Dimension with Repulsive Delta-Function Interaction
TL;DR: In this paper, the ground-state problem of spin-textonehalf{} fermions is reduced to a generalized Fredholm equation, in a generalized form, by using Bethe's hypothesis.
