Student Achievement and School and Teacher Accountability
TL;DR: Frymier as mentioned in this paper argued that using student achievement data in teacher accountability systems invalidates the use of student achievability data as a metric of student achievement and pointed out the benefits of using student and teacher effectiveness measures external to their function as measures of performance.
