Experimental investigations on the roles of moisture in coal dust explosion

TL;DR: In this article, the role of moisture in coal dust explosion was investigated, and it was found that limiting the moisture content is necessary when measuring explosion parameters in practice, and that (dp/dt)ex is more sensitive than Pex and MEC to the particle agglomeration.

Dust explosion hazard in ITER : Explosion indices of fine graphite and tungsten dusts and their mixtures

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of graphite particle size on the explosion performance of tungsten and graphite dust in the range 4-45μm was studied. But the results showed that the graphite particles had a profound effect on their explosion characteristics, including maximum overpressure and rate of pressure rise.
