TLDR
The customers of three Turkish catering firms were interviewed and the most important criteria taken into account by the customers while they were selecting their catering firmsWere determined by a designed questionnaire and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was used to compare these catering firms.About:

Decisions about entry modes for telecom companies into digital music business: An empirical case study
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated various strategies that telecom companies may implement to enter the digital music industry and found that the preference ranking of entry modes is acquisition, joint venture, and contractual agreement, respectively.

A Set of Criteria for Logistics Center Development: A Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process
TL;DR: In this article , a qualitative and quantitative data collection method was used to determine and prioritize a set of criteria for the development of logistics centers, including location, infrastructure, activities and services, ownership and management, market conditions, regulations, benefits, and horizontal collaborations.

Decision-making model for sustainable management of Australian community buildings: combined approach using analytical hierarchy process and neuro-fuzzy system
TL;DR: Community buildings such as childcare/aged care centres, sports pavilions possesses a massive investment in Australian economy built up over generations as discussed by the authors. From one viewpoint, they are providing ess...
Survey of Effectiveness Factors on Staff Satisfaction with FQFD and FAHP in Shazand Imam Khomeini Refinery
TL;DR: In this paper, an approach for staff wants development based on quality function deployment (QFD) was proposed for staff in a Shazand Imam Khomeini Refinery, which considers quality by customer-oriented view and internalizes it in different stages of product/service, and finally concludes to recognition and preparation of priorities of system improvement and customer satisfaction.

Modification of the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process via different ranking methods
TL;DR: Magnitude‐based fuzzy AHP (MFAHP), which is one of the proposed methods, has outperformed all other methods according to accurate weight and computational load, and the other proposed method, called the total difference‐ based fuzzy A HP (TDFAHP) gave better results than the frequently used Chang's fuzzy extent analysis method.

Applications of the extent analysis method on fuzzy AHP
TL;DR: The use of triangular fuzzy numbers for pairwise comprison scale of fuzzy AHP is introduced, and the use of the extent analysis method for the synthetic extent value S i of the pairwise comparison is used.

Fuzzy hierarchical analysis
TL;DR: A new method of finding the fuzzy weights in fuzzy hierarchical analysis which is the direct fuzzification of the original method used by Saaty (1980) in the analytic hierarchy process is presented.

A fuzzy extension of Saaty's priority theory
TL;DR: A fuzzy version of Saaty's pairwise comparison method (1980) extended by de Graan and Lootsma (1981), adapted in such a way, that decision-makers are asked to express their opinions in fuzzy numbers with triangular membership functions.

Multicriteria analysis with fuzzy pairwise comparison
TL;DR: The result shows that the approach developed is simple and comprehensible in concept, efficient in computation, and robust and flexible in modeling the human evaluation process, thus making it of general use for solving practical MA problems.

On consistency and ranking of alternatives in fuzzy AHP
Lawrence C. Leung,D. Cao +1 more
TL;DR: A fuzzy consistency definition with consideration of a tolerance deviation is proposed, whereby the fuzzy ratios of relative importance, allowing certain tolerance deviation, are formulated as constraints on the membership values of the local priorities.
