In this paper, two different simulation models were adopted to give a research on the performance measurement of water-cooled radiators, including flow rate, cooling medium and power loss.
Abstract
The paper adopts two different simulation models to give a research on the performance measurement of water-cooled radiators. One simulation model is water-cooled radiator with simulation heating blocks, the other simulation model is water-cooled radiator with IGBT power components. The results based on these two models show that it exists big difference on the temperature and pressure distribution. The two heating system is not equal. At the same time, this paper also does some research on the influence relationship of parameters to temperature and pressure distribution, including flow rate, cooling medium and power loss. The research methods and results elaborated in this paper can provide reference for the water-cooled radiator design.

Optimization of the coupling groove parameters of composite porous vapor chamber

TL;DR: In this article , a decoupling strategy inspired by the golden section rule is proposed to break the coupling relationship between groove parameters, and the results indicate that, due to the decoupled strategy, the total number of sampling points is reduced by about 40% and the ratio of effective sampling points are increased by about 65.43% in DOE analysis.
