Polimer kompozit malzemeler, ucak-uzay, otomotiv, elektrik-elektronik sanayisinde, denizcilik ve spor ekipmanlari gibi bircok alanda kullanilmaktadirlar. Her endustriyel sektor farkli ozellikte malzemeler talep etmektedir. Polimer malzemelerden yuksek ozgul dayanim ve rijitlik ozelliklerinin yaninda elektrik iletkenliginin de beklendigi uygulamalarda, karbon siyahi, karbon fiber, grafit, grafen, metal ve metal oksitler, karbon nano tup gibi elektrik iletkenligi yuksek malzemelerin katilmasiyla elde edilen kompozit malzemeler kullanilabilmektedir. Bu calismada, yalin ve karbon siyahi takviyeli elektrigi ileten polipropilen (PP) malzemeler, farkli kesme hizi ve ilerleme degerlerinde ve farkli uc acisina sahip matkap uclari ile delinmis ve kesme sicakligi, delik ici yuzey puruzlulugu ve talas formlari incelenmistir. Kucuk yuzey puruzlulugu, yuksek kesme hizi ve kucuk ilerlemede elde edilirken, duzenli talas formalari ve dusuk sicakliklar, kucuk kesme hizi ve yuksek ilerlemede gozlemlenmistir. Karbon siyahi takviyeli polipropilen malzemenin delinmesinde yalin polipropilen malzemeye gore daha kucuk yuzey puruzlulugu, daha dusuk sicaklik ve duzenli talas formlari elde edilmistir. Ayrica, kucuk uc acili matkap ucunun daha iyi performans gosterdigi gozlemlenmistir.
