TL;DR: In this article, the effect of nano-reinforcements in the form of Carbon Black, Titanium Dioxide, Exfoliated Hectorite Nanoclay and Carbon Nanotubes, have upon the high strain rate mechanical properties of structural variants of polyethylene (Linear Low Density Polyethylene, LLDPE; high density polyethylen, HDPE; Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethyleni, UHMWPE) and blends of UHMHPE and HDPE.
