Abstract
This paper investigates a novel computational problem, namely the Composite Residuosity Class Problem, and its applications to public-key cryptography. We propose a new trapdoor mechanism and derive from this technique three encryption schemes : a trapdoor permutation and two homomorphic probabilistic encryption schemes computationally comparable to RSA. Our cryptosystems, based on usual modular arithmetics, are provably secure under appropriate assumptions in the standard model.

DECO: Liberating Web Data Using Decentralized Oracles for TLS

TL;DR: DECO allows users to prove that a piece of data accessed via TLS came from a particular website and optionally prove statements about such data in zero-knowledge, keeping the data itself secret.

Polylogarithmic private approximations and efficient matching

TL;DR: In this article, the first two-party private approximation of the l 2 distance with polylogarithmic communication was given, which was later extended to the private approximate near neighbor problem.

Secure and Private Collaborative Linear Programming

TL;DR: An efficient protocol for solving linear programming problems in the honest-but-curious model, such that neither party reveals anything about their private input to the other party (other than what can be inferred from the result).

Threshold cryptography based on Asmuth-Bloom secret sharing

TL;DR: This paper investigates how threshold cryptography can be conducted with the Asmuth-Bloom secret sharing scheme and presents three novel function sharing schemes for RSA, ElGamal and Paillier cryptosystems, believed to be the first provably secure threshold cryptosSystems realized using the AsMuth- Bloom secret sharing.

A Task-Oriented User Selection Incentive Mechanism in Edge-Aided Mobile Crowdsensing

TL;DR: A task-oriented user selection incentive mechanism (TRIM) is proposed, in an effort toward a task-centered design framework in MCS, which achieves feasible and efficient user selection while ensuring the privacy and security of the sensing user in M CS.

A public key cryptosystem and a signature scheme based on discrete logarithms

TL;DR: A new signature scheme is proposed, together with an implementation of the Diffie-Hellman key distribution scheme that achieves a public key cryptosystem that relies on the difficulty of computing discrete logarithms over finite fields.

Random oracles are practical: a paradigm for designing efficient protocols

TL;DR: It is argued that the random oracles model—where all parties have access to a public random oracle—provides a bridge between cryptographic theory and cryptographic practice, and yields protocols much more efficient than standard ones while retaining many of the advantages of provable security.
