Role of substrate temperature on MoO3 thin films by the JNS pyrolysis technique for P–N junction diode application

Photochromism induced in an electrolytically pretreated Mo03 thin film by visible light

TL;DR: In this paper, the preparation of visible-light-sensitive, reversibly photochromic films of MoO3 was described, which were slightly blued by cathodic polarization in a nonaqueous electrolyte; subsequent irradiation with visible light in air produced a strong colour enhancement.
