Dual wavelength digital holographic imaging of embedded layered structures
TL;DR: In this article, a three-dimensional microscopic technique based on simultaneous dual-wavelength digital holography was presented. But the technique was applied to imaging of electrodes embedded into glass substrates, which allowed 3D reconstruction of their structure and provided not only 3D structure of each layer but also allowed for height differentiation of layers.

Progress towards a demonstration of multi-pulse laser Wakefield acceleration and implementation of a single-shot Wakefield diagnostic
TL;DR: An ongoing experiment is described to demonstrate the principle of multi-pulse laser wakefield acceleration, in which a plasma wakefield is resonantly excited by a train of laser pulses, spaced by the plasma wavelength.
Contributions to Signal Processing for MRI
TL;DR: Magnetic Resonance Imaging is an important diagnostic tool for imaging soft tissue without the use of ionizing radiation and through advanced signal processing, MRI can provide more information about soft tissue structure and function than conventional MRI.

Temporal phase evolution OCT for measurement of tissue deformation in the human retina in-vivo.
Sylvia Desissaire,Florian Schwarzhans,Stefan Steiner,Clemens Vass,Georg Fischer,Michael Pircher,Christoph K. Hitzenberger +6 more
TL;DR: In order to demonstrate the precision and repeatability of the measurements, retinal nerve fiber (RNF) tissue deformations induced by retinal vessels pulsating with the heartbeat were analyzed in several healthy subjects.
Journal ArticleDOI
Phase Walk Analysis of Leptokurtic Time Series
TL;DR: In this article, the Fourier phase information play a key role for quantified description of nonlinear data and the authors present a novel tool for time series analysis that identifies nonlinearities by sensitively detecting correlations among Fourier phases.

Temporal phase unwrapping algorithms for fringe projection profilometry: A comparative review
TL;DR: The results show that the multi-frequency temporal phase unwrapping provides the best unwrapped reliability, while the multi -wavelength approach is the most susceptible to noise-induced unwrappers errors.

High-speed 3D shape measurement with structured light methods: A review
TL;DR: The fundamental principles behind the primary state-of-the-art 3D shape measurement techniques based on structured light methods will be elucidated, experimental results will be presented to demonstrate capabilities and/or limitations for those popular techniques, and perspectives on those remaining challenges to be conquered to make advanced 3Dshape measurement techniques ubiquitous are presented.
