TL;DR: New techniques in laser Raman spectroscopy are used to obtain spectra of aqueous solutions of lysozylme for frequency shifts as small as 5 cm−1, and a low‐frequency band observed in crystalline lysozyme is not found in the solution, indicating that this band cannot be attributed to an internal molecular vibration.

Characterization of a new photorefractive material: Kl-yLyT1-xNx
TL;DR: In this paper, the growth and characterization of a new photorefractive material, potassium lithium tantalate niobate (KLTN), was reported and a KLTN crystal doped with copper was demonstrated to yield high diffraction efficiency of photore-fractive gratings in the paraelectric phase.
