Abstract: Simplified reasonably and modeled large scale desulfurization tower, using the software to build a physical model, using ICEM software to divide the grid, using software fluent15 to simulate. Selected k-Ε model as calculating model, SIMPLE algorithm is used to calculate. Calculation results show that horizontal wet desulfurization tower body design of the flue gas absorption region, the influence of flow field and pressure field greatly, at the same time affect the desulfurization slurry and the flue gas mixture reaction. Optimize the absorption area of the desulfurization tower design; it is conducive to improve the efficiency of flue gas desulfurization.

The condenser is connected with an active carbon storage tank I and an active carbon storage tank II for adsorbing the waste gas through pipelines. The active carbon storage tank I and the active carbon storage tank II are connected in parallel and then sequentially connected with a filter, a vacuum pump and a gas-water separation tank through pipelines. The gas-water separation tank is connected with the condenser. The device for treating the waste gas includes the steps of gas dust removal, alkali liquor spray washing, gas condensation and pressure swing adsorption. According to the invention, a desulfurization/denitrification reactor using the novel spray washing tower 11 with a small-hole gas distribution plate 12 as a main body is used, the average amplitudes of the velocity gradient and the pressure produced by the flowing of a fluid in the novel spray washing tower 11 are increased, the shearing force field is stronger, and the pulse is more violent, thereby being more beneficial to internal turbulent mixing. The small-hole gas distribution plate 12 can effectively strengthen gas-liquid contact in an impinging stream reaction region 24, so that escaping liquid drops of reagents are effectively collected for utilization, thereby improving the whole reaction effect and the utilization ratio of the treatment reagents.

Abstract: The invention discloses a method and a device for simultaneously removing carbonyl sulfide and carbon disulfide. The device which is a desulfurization device comprises a heat exchange system, an assistant catalysis system, a continuous operation system, a catalyst regeneration system and the like. The heat exchange system comprises a cooling tower and fixed-bed reaction towers, the assistant catalysis system comprises a stripping tower, a spray tower and a communication pipe, the continuous operation system comprises the two fixed-bed reaction towers, and the catalyst regeneration system comprises the heat exchange system and a regeneration spray system. The method and the device have the advantages that the method is high in desulfurization efficiency, heat from high-temperature flue gas can be effectively utilized, dilute sulfuric acid which is a product can be recycled, and accordingly the catalytic reaction efficiency can be improved; the double reaction towers are respectively positioned at a catalytic reaction stage and a catalyst regeneration stage and can be switched over by the aid of electromagnetic valves in a timed manner, and accordingly continuous operation of the systems can be guaranteed; elemental sulfur on the surfaces of deactivated catalysts can be transferred into liquid phases in regeneration procedures and is convenient to extract in follow-up procedures, and the device is high in integration level and automation degree.

Abstract: The invention discloses a method and device for conducting organic solid waste treatment with a circulating fluidized bed. According to the method, organic solid waste is added into a combustion chamber from a fuel bin to be fully combusted, fly ash generated through combustion enters a cyclone separator along with wind, and the organic solid waste returns to the combustion chamber through material return valve for recycled combustion; flue gas generated through combustion generates steam through a heat exchanger, the hot flue gas passing through the heat exchanger enters activated carbon towers and then passes through a spray tower and an activated carbon adsorption tower in sequence to be treated, and the treated tail gas is discharged after reaching the standard. According to the method and device, the organic solid waste is combusted and treated through the circulating fluidized bed, combustion efficiency is high, the pollutant content in the flue gas is low, and waste gas is purified and discharged after reaching the standard, so that recycled utilization of the solid waste is achieved, and energy is also recycled; the device used for the technique is simple in structure, energy utilization efficiency is high, the operation cost is low, no secondary pollution is caused, and better economic and environmental protection benefits are achieved.

Abstract: The invention specifically relates to a spray tower for cavityless casting. The spray tower comprises a spray tower body, wherein the spray tower body is provided with a fume outlet, a water storage tank, a spray device, an activated carbon layer and a fume inlet; a refractory cotton layer is arranged below the fume inlet; the upper end and the lower end of the refractory cotton layer are respectively provided with mesh screen plates; the mesh screen plates are fixedly connected with the spray tower body; a water collection plate is arranged between the fume inlet and the refractory cotton layer; a connecting pipe is arranged at the lower end of the water collection plate; the connecting pipe is provided with an electrically operated valve; a liquid level sensor is arranged below the connecting pipe; the liquid level sensor is connected with an automatic control cabinet; the automatic control cabinet is respectively connected with the electrically operated valve and an air compressor; and the air compressor is connected with a compressed air inlet on the spray tower body through a communicating pipe. The refractory cotton layer is arranged in the spray tower, so that sewage formed by mixing fume and water can be sufficiently filtered and purified, and zero-pollution emission of the sewage is realized, thereby avoiding environmental pollution.
