Conducting polymer-fullerene D-A photocell with decreased serial resistance: ITO/PAT(C60)y/C60/Al structure
Kazuya Tada,Rahmat Hidayat,Masaharu Hirohata,Tsuyoshi Kawai,Sergey Lee,Sergey Lee,I.U. Bakhadirov,I.U. Bakhadirov,Anvar A. Zakhidov,Anvar A. Zakhidov,Katsumi Yoshino +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the electrical characteristics and photo-irradiation effects of a conducting polymer/C 60 heterojunction device with C 60 doped conducting polymer layer were investigated in contrast to those of non-doped device.
Journal ArticleDOI
Multiphase superconductivity in OO-PPV/C60 composite doped by alkali metals low-field microwave absorption and SQUID study
Katsumi Yoshino,Anvar A. Zakhidov,Hirotake Kajii,Hisashi Araki,Kazuya Tada,Takanobu Noguchi,Toshihiro Ohnishi,Kyuya Yakushi +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, anomalous superconducting phases in poly(2,5-dicotyloxy-p-phenylene vinylene) (OO-PPV) composite with fullerene C60 are found upon alkali-metal A ( = K and Rb) vapor doping by sensitive low-field microwave absorption (LFMA) and proved by SQUID.
Journal ArticleDOI
Photovoltaic properties of heterojunction: molecular D-A photocell
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors report the method of fabrication and characterization of AI/C 60 /PPP/SnO 2 junctions and examine its photoresponse, showing the assymmetric I-V dependence with the rectification ratio of about 10 4 at 20V reverse bias (plus at Al-electrode).
Journal ArticleDOI
Engineering the Charge Transport Properties of Resonant Silicon Nanoparticles in Perovskite Solar Cells
Aleksandra Furasova,Aleksandra Furasova,Pavel M. Voroshilov,Enrico Lamanna,Alexey M. Mozharov,A. N. Tsypkin,Ivan Mukhin,Ivan Mukhin,Daniele Barettin,Konstantin Ladutenko,Anvar A. Zakhidov,Aldo Di Carlo,Sergey V. Makarov +12 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Novel Photophysical Properties of Fullerene Doped Conducting Polymers
TL;DR: In this paper, photo-induced charge transfer between conducting polymers and fullerenes is discussed in terms of photoinduced charges photoseparation at the interface, taking into account the excitation of the wavelengths of the interband transition.
