Role of Drug Disposition in Drug Hypersensitivity: A Chemical, Molecular, and Clinical Perspective
Journal ArticleDOI
4-Aminoquinolines—Past, present, and future; A chemical perspective
TL;DR: This review describes structure-activity relationships for the 4-aminoquinolines, along with views on the mechanism of action and parasite resistance, and potential approaches to the design of new synthetic derivatives.
Journal Article
Metabolism and bioactivation of clozapine by human liver in vitro.
TL;DR: Results indicate clozapine undergoes extensive metabolism by human liver to both stable and chemically reactive metabolites, the formation of which is catalyzed by the cytochrome P450 enzymes.
