Journal ArticleDOI
The DNA Methylcytosine Dioxygenase Tet2 Sustains Immunosuppressive Function of Tumor-Infiltrating Myeloid Cells to Promote Melanoma Progression.
Wen Pan,Shu Zhu,Kun Qu,Katrina Meeth,Jijun Cheng,Jijun Cheng,Kaixin He,Hongdi Ma,Yan Liao,Xizhi Wen,Christine Roden,Christine Roden,Zuzana Tobiasova,Zheng Wei,Jun Zhao,Jun Liu,Jun Liu,Ji Zheng,Bo Guo,Sajid A. Khan,Marcus Bosenberg,Richard A. Flavell,Jun Lu,Jun Lu +23 more
TL;DR: A tumor‐promoting role for Tet2 is revealed, whereby Tet2 functions to sustain an immunosuppressive program in myeloid cells that in turn dampens the anti‐tumor T cell response.
Journal ArticleDOI
miR-125b promotes MLL-AF9-driven murine acute myeloid leukemia involving a VEGFA-mediated non-cell-intrinsic mechanism.
Jun Liu,Jun Liu,Bo Guo,Bo Guo,Zhuo Chen,Zhuo Chen,Nayi Wang,Nayi Wang,Michelina Iacovino,Jijun Cheng,Jijun Cheng,Christine Roden,Christine Roden,Wen Pan,Wen Pan,Sajid A. Khan,Suning Chen,Michael Kyba,Rong Fan,Rong Fan,Shangqin Guo,Jun Lu,Jun Lu +22 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that miR-125b significantly enhances MLL-AF9-driven AML in vivo, and the resultant leukemia is partially dependent on continued overexpression ofMiR- 125b promotes AML cell expansion and suppresses apoptosis involving a non-cell-intrinsic mechanism.
Journal ArticleDOI
MicroRNA-125b Accelerates and Promotes PML-RARa-driven Murine Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia.
TL;DR: It is suggested that dysregulated miR-125b expression is actively involved in disease progression and pathophysiology of acute promyelocytic leukemia, indicating that targeting miR -125b may represent a new therapeutic option for acute promedial leukemia.
