Journal ArticleDOI
Decoding Human Megakaryocyte Development.
Hongtao Wang,Jian He,Changlu Xu,Xiaoyuan Chen,Hua Yang,Shujuan Shi,Cuicui Liu,Yang Zeng,Dan Wu,Zhijie Bai,Mengge Wang,Yuqi Wen,Pei Su,Meijuan Xia,Baiming Huang,Chunyu Ma,Lihong Bian,Yu Lan,Tao Cheng,Lihong Shi,Bing Liu,Jiaxi Zhou +21 more
TL;DR: Single-cell RNA sequencing of human MKs from embryonic yolk sac and fetal liver is used to characterize the transcriptome, cellular heterogeneity, and developmental trajectories of early megakaryopoiesis and identifies a subpopulation of CD42b+CD14+ MKs in vivo that exhibit high expression of genes associated with immune responses.
Journal ArticleDOI
Single-cell transcriptomic landscape of human blood cells.
Xiaowei Xie,Mengyao Liu,Yawen Zhang,Bingrui Wang,Caiying Zhu,Chenchen Wang,Qing Li,Yingying Huo,Jiaojiao Guo,Changlu Xu,Linping Hu,Aiming Pang,Shihui Ma,Lina Wang,Wenbin Cao,Shulian Chen,Qiuling Li,Sudong Zhang,Xueying Zhao,Wen Zhou,Hongbo R. Luo,Guoguang Zheng,Erlie Jiang,Sizhou Feng,Lixiang Chen,Lihong Shi,Hui Cheng,Sha Hao,Ping Zhu,Tao Cheng +29 more
TL;DR: This work provides a transcriptional map of human blood cells at single-cell resolution, thereby offering a comprehensive reference for the exploration of physiological and pathological hematopoiesis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Single-cell transcriptomic analysis reveals disparate effector differentiation pathways in human T reg compartment
Yuechen Luo,Changlu Xu,Bing Wang,Qing Niu,Xiuhua Su,Yingnan Bai,Shuxian Zhu,Chunxiao Zhao,Yunyan Sun,Jiali Wang,Maolan Liu,Xiaolei Sun,Ge Song,Haidong Cui,Xiaoli Chen,Huifang Huang,Haikun Wang,Mingzhe Han,Erlie Jiang,Lihong Shi,Xiaoming Feng,Xiaoming Feng +21 more
TL;DR: In this article, single-cell RNA and T cell receptor sequencing was used to resolve Treg cells from healthy individuals and patients with or without acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) who undergo stem cell transplantation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Biphasic Regulation of Mesenchymal Genes Controls Fate Switches During Hematopoietic Differentiation of Human Pluripotent Stem Cells.
Hongtao Wang,Mengge Wang,Yuqi Wen,Changlu Xu,Xiaoyuan Chen,Dan Wu,Pei Su,Wen Zhou,Tao Cheng,Lihong Shi,Jiaxi Zhou +10 more
TL;DR: It is discovered that while EMT occurs at the onset of human hematopoietic differentiation, MET is not detected subsequently during differentiation, and biphasic regulation of mesenchymal genes is an essential mechanism during human heMatopoiesis.
Journal ArticleDOI
PTBP1 is necessary for dendritic cells to regulate T-cell homeostasis and antitumour immunity.
Guangfeng Geng,Changlu Xu,Nan Peng,Yue Li,Jinhua Liu,Jing Wu,Jing Liang,Yushan Zhu,Lihong Shi,Lihong Shi +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, a specific deficiency of PTBP1 in Dendritic cells was found to increase MHC II expression and perturb T cell homeostasis without affecting DC development.
