Journal ArticleDOI

Decoding Human Megakaryocyte Development.

TL;DR: Single-cell RNA sequencing of human MKs from embryonic yolk sac and fetal liver is used to characterize the transcriptome, cellular heterogeneity, and developmental trajectories of early megakaryopoiesis and identifies a subpopulation of CD42b+CD14+ MKs in vivo that exhibit high expression of genes associated with immune responses.
Journal ArticleDOI

Biphasic Regulation of Mesenchymal Genes Controls Fate Switches During Hematopoietic Differentiation of Human Pluripotent Stem Cells.

TL;DR: It is discovered that while EMT occurs at the onset of human hematopoietic differentiation, MET is not detected subsequently during differentiation, and biphasic regulation of mesenchymal genes is an essential mechanism during human heMatopoiesis.
Journal ArticleDOI

PTBP1 is necessary for dendritic cells to regulate T-cell homeostasis and antitumour immunity.

TL;DR: In this article, a specific deficiency of PTBP1 in Dendritic cells was found to increase MHC II expression and perturb T cell homeostasis without affecting DC development.
