A Shading-Guided Generative Implicit Model for Shape-Accurate 3D-Aware Image Synthesis

TL;DR: Pan et al. as discussed by the authors proposed a novel shading-guided generative implicit model that is able to learn a starkly improved shape representation by modeling illumination explicitly and performing shading with various lighting conditions.

VINECS: Video-based Neural Character Skinning

TL;DR: In this paper , a fully automated approach for creating a fully rigged character with pose-dependent skinning weights, which can be solely learned from multi-view video, is proposed, which outperforms state-of-the-art while not relying on dense 4D scans.

HandVoxNet++: 3D Hand Shape and Pose Estimation using Voxel-Based Neural Networks

TL;DR: HandVoxNet++ as mentioned in this paper is a voxel-based deep network with 3D and graph convolutions trained in a fully supervised manner, which uses the truncated signed distance function (TSDF) as the input to the network.
