TL;DR: Immediate completion lymph‐node dissection increased the rate of regional disease control and provided prognostic information but did not increase melanoma‐specific survival among patients with melanoma and sentinel‐node metastases.

TL;DR: Lonelier participants experienced more concurrent pain, depression, and fatigue and larger increases in symptom cluster levels from one year to the next than less lonely participants, demonstrating that loneliness was a risk factor for the development of the pain, Depression and fatigue symptom cluster over time.
