A single Op-Amp 0+2 sigma-delta modulator
TL;DR: This paper describes a single op-amp 0+2 ΣΔ architecture and design considerations to achieve 12-b resolution on a 2-MHz bandwidth and uses multi-bit quantization on both stages to increase the resolution of the modulator and reduces the output swing of the op-amps.
Journal ArticleDOI
ASIC‐based acoustic echo‐canceller board for VME bus
Franco Maloberti,Guido Torelli,Claudio Panini,Mauro Troiani,Roberto Roncella,Pierangelo Terreni,Cristiano Toncelli,Roberto Saletti +7 more
TL;DR: This paper deals with the design and realization of an echo-canceller board for a VME bus and employs application specific integrated circuits (ASIC) in order to obtain a compact realization of the system, as required in present inter-personal terminal systems.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
System level policies for fault tolerance issues in the FERMI project

TL;DR: The FERMI system, performing acquisition and DSP of calorimeter data in high energy collision experiments at the LHC collider, planned at CERN, Geneva, CH is briefly overviewed.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
A Cross-Coupled Redundant Sense Amplifier for Radiation Hardened SRAMs
TL;DR: This paper proposes a redundant sense amplifier for radiation-hardened SRAMs, based on a latched cross-coupled topology, and a novel redundant sensing scheme is presented and discussed.
