Journal ArticleDOI
Photochemical internalization (PCI)-mediated enhancement of gene silencing efficiency of polymethacrylates and N,N,N-trimethylated chitosan (TMC) based siRNA polyplexes.
Amir K. Varkouhi,Raymond M. Schiffelers,Mies J. van Steenbergen,Twan Lammers,Wim E. Hennink,Gert Storm +5 more
TL;DR: The results show that cationic polymethacrylates and TMC are promising vectors for siRNA delivery which PCI enhances their efficiency in gene silencing, and these new si RNA delivery vectors with other regularly used transfection agents, including non-degradable ones and Lipofectamin 2000.
Journal ArticleDOI
Lyophilization of Tc-99m-HYNIC labeled PEG-liposomes
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors presented a lyophilization method for HYNIC-PEG-liposomes using sucrose as a lyopro-tectant.
Journal ArticleDOI
Liposome induction of CD8+ T cell responses depends on CD169+ macrophages and Batf3-dependent dendritic cells and is enhanced by GM3 inclusion.
Joanna Grabowska,Alsya J. Affandi,D. van Dinther,M.K. Nijen Twilhaar,Katarzyna Olesek,Leoni Hoogterp,Martino Ambrosini,D.A.M. Heijnen,L. Klaase,Andrés Hidalgo,K. Asano,Paul R. Crocker,Gert Storm,Gert Storm,Gert Storm,Y van Kooyk,J.M.M. den Haan +16 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors evaluated liposomes containing the CD169/Siglec-1 binding ligand, ganglioside GM3, and the non-binding ligand (GML) for their capacity to target antigens to CD169+ macrophages and to induce immune responses.
Journal ArticleDOI
