Journal ArticleDOI

Decoration of metal oxide surface with {111} form Au nanoparticles using PEGylation

TL;DR: In this article, a controllable high-coverage surface decoration method of octahedral gold nanoparticles on the targeted semiconductor nanostructures via phase transfer by an organic medium with thiolated-polyethylene glycol is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI

New advances in organic spintronics

TL;DR: In this article, the magnetoresistance of organic semiconductor rubrene (C42H28) used as a spacer in La2/3Sr1/3MnO3 (LSMO)/organic semiconductor (OSC)/Fe heterojunctions was observed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Facile synthesis of Cu NPs@Fe3O4-lignosulfonate: Study of catalytic and antibacterial/antioxidant activities.

TL;DR: In this article , a green method has been developed for the immobilization of copper nanoparticles on magnetic lignosulfonate (Cu NPs@Fe3O4-LS) using the aqueous extract of Filago arvensis L. as a non-toxic reducing and stabilizing agent.
Journal ArticleDOI

Surface-tailored graphene channels

TL;DR: In this article, a solution-gated field-effect transistors (SFET) with high sensitivity is used for detecting ions and molecules by reading electrical transconductance, and the integration of the microfluidic channel to the graphene SFET exhibits dynamic on-off functions by controlling injection and withdrawal of solutions.
