Journal ArticleDOI
Layer dependence of out-of-plane electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient in continuous mono- to multilayer MoS2 films
Won-Yong Lee,Min-Sung Kang,No-Won Park,Gil-Sung Kim,Anh Nguyen,Jae Won Choi,Young-Gui Yoon,Yong Soo Kim,Ho Won Jang,Eiji Saitoh,Eiji Saitoh,Sang-Kwon Lee +11 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors measured the Seebeck coefficient of atomically thin mono-and bilayer MoS2 at 300 K and showed that the electrical conductivities of these MoS 2 films have the same tendency as the seebeck coefficient.
Journal ArticleDOI
IrO2 Schottky contact on n-type 4H-SiC
TL;DR: In this paper, a thermally stable IrO2 Schottky contact on n-type 4H-SiC was achieved by annealing an Ir contact under O2 ambient.
Journal ArticleDOI
Connected Au network in annealed Ni/Au thin films on p-GaN
TL;DR: In this article, the formation of a connected Au network in annealed Ni∕Au thin films on p-GaN was studied by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscope, and synchrotron x-ray diffraction.
Journal ArticleDOI
Graphene-mediated enhanced Raman scattering and coherent light lasing from CsPbI3 perovskite nanorods
Jung-Hye Kim,Quyet Van Le,Thang Phan Nguyen,Tae Hyung Lee,Ho Won Jang,Won Seok Yun,Soon Moon Jeong,Jae Dong Lee,Soo Young Kim,Hyunmin Kim +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors studied the Raman spectroscopy of CsPbI3 nanorods sandwiched between two layers of graphene, revealing that weak coherent lasing also occurs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Atomically dispersed iridium catalysts on silicon photoanode for efficient photoelectrochemical water splitting
Sang Eon Jun,Youn-Hye Kim,Jaehyun Kim,Woo Seok Cheon,Sungkyun Choi,JinWook Yang,Hoonkee Park,Hyungsoo Lee,Sun Hwa Park,Ki Chang Kwon,Jooho Moon,Soo-Hyun Kim,Ho Won Jang +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the iridium SAs on silicon photoanodes have been investigated for photoelectrochemical-oxygen evolution reaction and the role of SAs in the separation and transfer of photogenerated charge carriers.
