TL;DR: Fibroblast strains had a similar morphology to MSCs, expressed the same cell surface markers as MSCS and could also differentiate into adipocytes, chondrocytes and osteoblasts, and express FSP1 in patterns similar to fibroblasts.

TL;DR: It is shown that LILRB4, an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibition motif-containing receptor and a marker of monocytic leukaemia, supports tumour cell infiltration into tissues and suppresses T cell activity via a signalling pathway that involves APOE, LIL RB4, SHP-2, uPAR and ARG1 in acute myeloid leukaemis (AML) cells.

TL;DR: BMSCs from MM patients uniquely enhance constitutive NF-κB activity in MM cells via a proteinaceous secreted factor in part in conjunction with IL-8, and this induced activity is mediated by soluble proteinaceous factors secreted by MM BMSCs.
