Journal ArticleDOI

Inhibitory leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptors: Immune checkpoint proteins and tumor sustaining factors.

TL;DR: This review aims to summarize current knowledge on expression patterns, ligands, signaling, and functions of LILRB family members in the context of cancer development and indicates that LIL RBs may represent ideal targets for tumor treatment.
Journal ArticleDOI

Disease-causing mutations in KLHL3 impair its effect on WNK4 degradation.

TL;DR: It is concluded that KLHL3 is a substrate adaptor for WNK4 in a ubiquitin E3 ligase complex that causes pseudohypoaldosteronism II (PHAII), a hereditary form of hypertension.
Journal ArticleDOI

A Novel Anti-LILRB4 CAR-T Cell for the Treatment of Monocytic AML

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor-B4 (LILRB4) is a tumor-associated antigen highly expressed on monocytic AML cells, and a novel anti-LilRB4 CAR-T cell that displays high antigen affinity and specificity is generated.
